AGAVE is a supercomputer maintained by ASU Research Computing. ASU students may use these resources free of charge based on a priority system. KRG members have priority access to a restricted partition, with 12 Intel Xeon Gold 6252 nodes (578 cores total).
Git is a powerful software that will help you track edits to your source code. Students are encouraged to use Git for their Fortran codes, Matlab scripts, latex journal papers and basically anything that you start on a computer. Some helpful links:
VisIt is an open-source visualization software developed at the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Our group has developed a suite of scripts and workflows that use the parallel rendering capabilities of VisIt.
